We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in the remodeling phases of kitchens and bathrooms, with hands-on expertise in tile work, cabinetry installation, light plumbing, light electrical work, and drywall. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Anderson Township.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute various installation projects, including tile work, cabinetry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical tasks.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and maintain efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proven experience as a Lead Installer with a strong background in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with tile installation, cabinetry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Competitive salary based on experience. $30/$25 Plus hourly.
