What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll use your trade skills across a wide variety of work, no two days are the same:
- Maintain and repair buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, and major appliances
- Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently and independently
- Work across multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC
- Support a housing network that truly impacts the local community
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of building maintenance experience
- Knowledge in two or more skilled trades
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) and ability to pass a background check
