Location:

Cincinnati, OH & Northern Kentucky Region

Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM (occasional weekends)

Travel Radius: 2 hours (Cinci → Northern KY → Jeffersonville, OH → Maysville, KY; Louisville cutoff)

Overview

We're seeking an experienced Security Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and program fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems. This role requires strong technical skill, independence in the field, and excellent customer-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

* Service, repair, and program:

* Fire alarms repair

* CCTV

* Access control and intrusion systems

* Complete 3-5 service calls daily; maintain accurate documentation.

* Provide on-site troubleshooting within assigned territory.

* Follow all safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements

* 5-7 years experience in fire/security service.

* Fire alarms (Edwards EST4 required)

* Strong programming and troubleshooting skills.

* Basic hand tools required.

* Ohio Fire License and Kentucky Fire License

* Verint certified (experience working with banks ATMs)

Preferred

* Lift certification (must obtain before first day)

* OSHA 10 (must obtain before first day)

Pay Rate: $32/hr
