Field Service Engineer

CNC Field Service Engineer 25-40/hr! Job Description

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing CNC machinery. You will work from blueprints, schematics, and manuals to determine proper installation procedures. Your role will involve operating systems to demonstrate equipment, analyzing malfunctions, and consulting with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems. You will also receive machinery, fully disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble it, utilizing your knowledge of electronics and standard test equipment and hand tools.

• Install and repair CNC machinery.
• Work from blueprints, schematics, and manuals for installation procedures.
• Operate systems to demonstrate equipment and analyze malfunctions.
• Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems.
• Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble machinery.
• Utilize knowledge of electronics with standard test equipment and hand tools.

• Experience with FANUC controls.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience working on CNC machines for repair and overhaul, as well as installation.

• Ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance repair.

Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $83,200.00 per year.
