Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical equipment repair;
Act as back-up for call person in case of emergency and respond timely;
Handle all equipment in a safe manner and demonstrate safe use of tools;
Follow preventive maintenance schedule and complete reports as requested;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment, test/generate weekly, inspect fire alarm system and extinguishers, and maintain lighting throughout facility
