Complete preventative maintenance work orders timely and accurately, providing ongoing equipment care;

Execute assigned projects requiring carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and ceramic tile work;
Maintain proper maintenance vehicle inventories and keep work areas and vehicles clean and orderly
