Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R issues to ensure optimal performance of systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Perform equipment repairs and property maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC/R.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to weld and perform appliance repairs.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems, boilers, and general property maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
