We’re hiring a Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Service Technician to help support our growing fleet and keep our equipment ready for the field. • Full-time, steady hours
• $30–$40 per hour depending on experience

• Overtime available

• Work on skid steers, mini excavators, lifts, telehandlers, and other construction equipment

• Mix of shop work and field service

• Consistent year-round workload

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on construction equipment

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues

• Troubleshoot problems quickly and correctly

• Prepare equipment so it is job-site ready and reliable

• Work with rental and operations teams to keep the fleet moving

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Experience as a mechanic or service technician

• Background working on construction, rental, or industrial equipment preferred

• Strong understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, engines, and mechanical components

• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment without guesswork

• Solid work ethic and attention to detail

• Physically capable of hands-on shop and field work

• Valid driver’s license

• $30–$40 per hour based on experience
