Travel Maintenance Specialist

About the role

As a Travel Maintenance Specialist for TQL, you will be responsible for all preventive and corrective maintenance for our 65+ offices nationwide. As part of the travel team, you will spend 80% of your time traveling nationwide to our satellite offices while supporting our local offices in any down periods, you will help spearhead all the office needs, including maintenance, set‑up, tear‑down and installations.

• Traveling up to 80% of the time to manage the maintenance for multiple offices, including electrical, plumbing, workstations, office furniture, carpentry and painting.
• Help oversee vendors and contractors when needed.
• Identify and recommend office and facility repairs.
• Transporting equipment between offices.
• Assist the IT department in installation and tear down of IT systems.

• 1+ years of general maintenance, electrical or carpentry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of using hand and power tools.
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion.
• Excellent communication skills.
