Maintenance Technician - Cincinnati, OH 45245
Pay: $21/hr |
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations at a community in Cincinnati, OH 45245. This is a contract opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
* Complete routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant units
* Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
* Perform basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
* Assist with unit turns and preventative maintenance
* Maintain property grounds and common areas
* Follow safety procedures and company standards
* Communicate effectively with residents and team members
Qualifications
* Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
* Knowledge of general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
* EPA certification a plus (if applicable)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
