Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all restaurant equipment and facilities within assigned restaurants;
Ensure timely and accurate completion of preventative maintenance work orders;
Maintain proper maintenance vehicle inventories and clean work areas;
Assist Facilities Manager with warranty tracking to minimize repair costs;
Conduct assigned projects requiring carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and ceramic tile assistance
