We are seeking candidates to fill a Maintenance Trainee position at Aspen Village Apartments, a community with 922 units.
Responsibilities- Perform daily grounds maintenance using a gas blower, power washer, and small power tools.
- Diagnose and correct maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
- Signing bonus of $1,000
