Join our team in Cincinnati as a Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a skilled professional with strong mechanical and electrical repair expertise, a proactive approach, and a problem‑solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and general building upkeep.
- Lead, train, and support maintenance team members when needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records.
- Hands‑on experience with industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.
- Bonus:
Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems.
- Full‑Time – Swing Shift, Monday–Thursday.
- Location:
