Sundance Property Managementis seeking a full timeMaintenance Technicianto join our team in Cincinnati, OH! Sundance Property Management specializes in the acquisition and management of investment properties throughout the Midwest. Today our company owns and/or manages over 50 real estate properties, including apartment units and mobile home pads.

Pay:Starting at $23 an hour, offer dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and follow up with the Property Manager about maintenance concerns and the status of work orders
• Maintain the internal and exterior condition and preservation of the property
• Assist the Project Manager in contracting vendors and taking bids for special project
• Paint, clean, and repair all vacant units within a timely manner
• Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determines how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary
• Ensure that maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment are always stocked and available
• Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
• Minimum of 2-3 years of building maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC certified preferred
• Pool Cert preferred
