As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Preventative Maintenance Technicians to join our award-winning team!

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role, with an on-call emergency maintenance rotation. We’re looking for team players who are ready to grow their skills and careers in a supportive environment.

Starting Pay:$18–$20/hour

What You’ll Do
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections
  • Complete quarterly in-unit inspections
  • Report on conditions of equipment, units, and assets
  • Assist with unit turnovers and make-readies
  • Help with inventory management
  • Drive company vehicle between multiple properties
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents and teammates
  • Adapt to changing priorities across various sites
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Familiarity with iPhone (or willingness to learn)
  • 1+ year of experience in at least one of the following:
    Apartment turnovers/make-ready, Carpentry, painting, or general maintenance, Comfortable with hand tools
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training
  • Physical ability to perform moderately to heavily demanding tasks, including:
    Climbing ladders (up to 9 ft), working overhead, Lifting/moving up to 50lbs, Frequent kneeling, bending, squatting, and walking
