As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Preventative Maintenance Technicians to join our award-winning team!
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role, with an on-call emergency maintenance rotation. We’re looking for team players who are ready to grow their skills and careers in a supportive environment.
Starting Pay:$18–$20/hour

What You’ll Do- Perform preventative maintenance inspections
- Complete quarterly in-unit inspections
- Report on conditions of equipment, units, and assets
- Assist with unit turnovers and make-readies
- Help with inventory management
- Drive company vehicle between multiple properties
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and teammates
- Adapt to changing priorities across various sites
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with iPhone (or willingness to learn)
- 1+ year of experience in at least one of the following:
Apartment turnovers/make-ready, Carpentry, painting, or general maintenance, Comfortable with hand tools - Willingness to participate in ongoing training
- Physical ability to perform moderately to heavily demanding tasks, including:
Climbing ladders (up to 9 ft), working overhead, Lifting/moving up to 50lbs, Frequent kneeling, bending, squatting, and walking
