, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting customers across the region

Job Title: Field Service Technician (Powder Metal Machines)
Location: Cincinnati / Harrison, OH (Home-based, travel role)
Pay Range: $29 – $40/hour (depending on experience)
What’s the Job?- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of powder coat machine systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- Prioritize, schedule, and complete field service work for customers
- Conduct preventative maintenance and support development of maintenance schedules
- Prepare and submit service documentation to support accurate and timely invoicing
- Travel up to 90% (overnight as needed) to customer sites while maintaining company equipment and vehicle
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Proven diagnostic and technical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 90%
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
