Our Maintenance Mechanic performs routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance work on office and plant equipment, machines, and building facilities.

• Repair and service all site equipment, buildings, and furnishings.
• Communicate issues with the Maintenance team verbally and through email.
• Check and repair critical equipment.
• Check cooling towers, mills, chillers, air compressor, boiler, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance through inspection, lubrication, filter replacement, cleaning, etc.
• Must be able to complete an OSHA Respiratory Fit Test.

• High School diploma/GED.
• Knowledge of pipe fitting, electrical wiring, and general mechanics.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Experience in all facets of maintenance:
  • Mechanical:
    Pumps (positive displacement and centrifugal), drives (gearbox, belt, chain, hydraulic, couplings, motor‑electric, motors‑air), bearings, shafts, nuts, bolts, taps, and dies.
  • Electrical:
    High voltage 460‑V 3‑phase, motor controls, low voltage (120‑V power and control wiring), AC and DC systems, computer‑controlled systems.
  • Utilities:
    Piping (water, air, and steam), boilers (steam condensate system – tracing, coils, traps, pumps), air compressor system (filters, regulators, dryers, lubricators), HVAC (air handling, blowers, dust collectors).
  • Vehicles:
    Lift trucks – electric EE‑rated, battery, hydraulics.
