• Lead day-to-day job site operations for electrical construction projects.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices, PPE use, and job site safety standards.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, inspections, and site logistics to keep projects moving.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and progress to ensure work meets company and customer expectations.
• Communicate regularly with the General Superintendent, Project Managers, and other stakeholders on schedule, manpower, and job status.
• Guide, mentor, and support Electricians and Apprentices in the field.
• Review project information, maintain job documentation, and support accurate reporting in company systems.
• Track labor usage and material needs to help support budget performance and reduce rework.
• Coordinate with other trades, inspectors, general contractors, and vendors to prevent delays and resolve issues.
• Support project closeout activities, including walkthroughs, punch work, and customer handoff.

• Strong experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction.
• Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate field work, and keep projects on schedule.
• Working knowledge of electrical codes, construction safety standards, and job site best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, accountability, and team development.
• Experience mentoring Apprentices and supporting the growth of field team members is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
