- Follow all OSHA, company, and jobsite safety policies and procedures
- Wear required PPE at all times and maintain issued safety equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Report safety concerns, incidents, and near misses immediately
- Perform physical labor tasks related to assigned projects
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing materials
- Load and unload materials and trucks safely and efficiently
- Follow directions and quality standards set by project leads
- Ensure proper labeling and handling of materials and parts
- Package and transport materials to prevent damage
- Complete daily and weekly housekeeping tasks
- Use time effectively and seek direction when tasks are complete
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ask for help when needed
- Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Commitment to following safety standards and procedures
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Basic problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Previous labor or construction experience preferred but not required
