Position: Commercial HVAC New Construction Lead

What You’ll Do
  • Lead commercial HVAC new construction installations

  • Supervise field crews and maintain project timelines

  • Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls

  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crews

  • Train and support technicians in the field

  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

  • Troubleshoot installation and system issues as needed

  • Maintain OSHA and company safety standards

  • Complete installation reports, documentation

  • Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment remain job-site ready

Projects are located throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

What You Need
  • Commercial HVAC new construction experience

  • Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred

  • EPA Certification or Universal EPA Certification required

  • Kentucky Journeyman License preferred

  • Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and electrical components

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation

  • Ability to travel regionally for projects

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage crews effectively
