This position is responsible for leading a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial and overhead telecommunications infrastructure. The Crew Leader will ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time sheets and inventory of materials used.
• Provide on-site leadership and technical guidance to crew members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
