Groundskeeper

Peak Property Group, a Coastal Ridge company, is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to add to our growing Cincinnati, Ohio portfolio. As the Groundskeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the exterior curb appeal of our Cincinnati multi‑site investment portfolio, consisting of over 100 residential properties in Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, and East Walnut Hills neighborhoods, totaling over 600 units and growing!

You’ll work out of our centrally located office in Hyde Park, while managing and servicing multi‑family properties throughout Cincinnati neighborhoods such as Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, and East Walnut Hills in your company‑provided vehicle. Properties range in size from single‑family homes up to mid‑size apartment buildings, totaling 500+ units and growing.

• Maintain and improve the exterior curb appeal of our properties.
• Inspect properties to ensure free of trash and litter, clean, safe, and presentable.
• Perform light landscaping, including weeding, bush/tree trimmings, planting.
• Assist the maintenance team with projects, work orders, and apartment turnovers.
• Assist with preventative maintenance inspections.
• Perform snow removal if inclement weather including shoveling walkways and salting.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Experience in property maintenance, landscaping, handyman services, preferred.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair skills, including the use of hand tools and other necessary equipment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy. A company vehicle is provided.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outside for long periods of time. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50lbs as well as use a ladder.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
