Sign Installer at Cincinnati Custom Signs

We’re now hiring an energetic and easy‑to‑work‑with Sign Installer in Cincinnati, OH.

We are looking for someone who is willing to work with their hands. Knowledge of construction work (use of tools, power tools, and completion of small building projects) is desirable. Candidates must be able to assist our Lead Installer with projects throughout the day.

• Loading and transporting signs, tools, and materials to the location safely
• Ensuring the effective installation of the custom signage
• Operating and maintaining the tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols
• Digging holes with auger and by hand for posts, panels, and other signage
• Performing maintenance and repairs to signs, as needed

• Someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (CDL is a plus)
• Pass drug & alcohol screening and federal background checks as projects require
• Pass a competency test for installers
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and fundamental skills in carpentry, electrical, power tool usage, and material handling are ideal qualifications
• Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor including lifting, climbing, and working at heights

• 8‑hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• 1 year of construction‑type work in a Sign Installer Technician role (preferred)

• Driver’s license without SR22 Insurance required (Required)
