HVAC Service Technician

Earn $44-$46 per hour while diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment. Our techs start their day from home, traveling only to job sites within 1.5 hours of our office—no unnecessary trips back and forth.

As an HVAC Technician - HVAC Service Tech, you will start your day from home, heading directly to job sites across the region. Your work will involve diagnosing HVAC equipment issues, making repairs, and installing new systems to keep commercial facilities running efficiently. You will troubleshoot walk‑in freezers, fine‑tune rooftop units, and ensure refrigeration systems operate at peak performance using top‑of‑the‑line tools and expert problem‑solving skills.

No two days are the same, and with minimal travel outside the region, you will stay busy without being on the road all day.

• Valid driver's license
• EPA Universal certification
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
• Experience working on refrigeration systems, walk‑ins and reach‑ins (freezers and coolers), and ice machines is preferred
