Hardscape Team Member

As a Hardscape Team Member, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining outdoor spaces, working closely with your team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. • Assist with the installation and construction of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape elements.
• Operate and maintain basic hand tools and equipment safely and properly, including shovels, rakes, spades, wheelbarrows, and similar tools.
• Follow all instructions provided by the Hardscape Lead and work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
• Comply with all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including wearing company uniforms, work boots, and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Be prepared to work around environmental factors such as bees, poison ivy, pollen, and thorns.

• No previous hardscape experience required; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physically able to perform the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must present yourself in a clean and professional manner.
