, we're looking for a skilled Projects Technician who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys tackling a variety of maintenance projects across our apartment communities. From renovating units and troubleshooting repairs to improving our communities, every day brings something new.

Starting at $19.00/hour, with higher starting pay based on experience and qualifications.

No two days look exactly the same—and that's what makes this role exciting.

You'll work alongside our Projects Supervisor to complete maintenance projects that keep our apartment communities looking their best and our residents happy.

• Performing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance repairs.
• Renovating apartments and completing larger property improvement projects.
• Troubleshooting maintenance issues and finding practical, lasting solutions.
• Communicating with residents so they know what to expect from start to finish.
• Coordinating with property managers, vendors, and fellow technicians to keep projects moving.
• Managing work orders through our mobile maintenance system.
• Helping respond to after-hours emergencies as part of our rotating on-call schedule.
• Taking pride in maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys solving problems and figuring things out.
• Has experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, remodeling, or skilled trades.
• Can work independently while also being a dependable teammate.
• Takes pride in doing quality work the first time.
• Communicates professionally with residents and coworkers.
• Stays organized and manages multiple priorities well.
• Is dependable, self-motivated, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
