Store Maint Plumber

Overview

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Plumber – Store Maintenance Technician for our retail store sites. This is a full‑time position Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with on‑call time as required. Plumbing experience is required; certification is a plus. Experience in retail or convenience store plumbing/maintenance is ideal. Pay will be based on experience.

• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing at UDF retail store sites
• Perform installation of basic plumbing fixtures
• Inspect previously installed plumbing for repair or replacement scenarios
• Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed water line systems
• Collaborate with and manage plumbing issues with hired general contractors
• Maintain up to date knowledge of current safety regulations and requirements for the plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
• Communicate well with UDF store associates and operational supervisors to their satisfaction
• Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
• Manage a work log via phone technology
• Keep detailed reports via work notes of work performed at various job sites
• Provide information to department leadership daily
• Position reports to department Director

• Plumbing experience: 3 years (preferred)

• Plumbing certification (preferred)
