Our client, a leading Building Automation and HVAC Controls integrator serving the Greater Cincinnati area, is looking for an experienced Building Automation Service Technician to join their growing team.
If you have experience with BAS, DDC, HVAC Controls, Niagara, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or BACnet systems

- Service, troubleshoot, and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC)
- Diagnose HVAC controls, controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices
- Perform preventive maintenance and system optimization
- Modify control programming, graphics, schedules, alarms, and sequences of operation
- Complete startup, commissioning, and point‑to‑point verification
- Troubleshoot BACnet, Modbus, Lon Works, and IP communication networks
- Read electrical schematics, control drawings, and mechanical plans
- Complete electronic service reports and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining OSHA safety standards
- Experience servicing Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC)
- HVAC Controls troubleshooting experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

This role supports commercial and industrial customers throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. Technicians travel daily between customer locations with occasional after‑hours emergency service calls.
