Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay $22.00 per hour with automatic rate increases of $0.50 at both 60 days and 180 days of employment.

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 1st Shift. Overtime depends on project needs.
Job Responsibilities- Work a route to complete meter painting and compliance orders in a timely manner and in accordance with training and procedures.
- Stoop, bend, crawl, walk, climb ladders, and lift weights at a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of utility infrastructure such as pipelines, meters, and related components.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload vehicles with materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Recognize abnormal operating conditions such as corrosion in meters under stress, etc., and report to the supervisor.
- Assist in performing regular inspections for AOC (Atmospheric Corrosion) on meters.
- Required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel to different job sites.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.
- Prior experience in construction, utilities, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Keen senses of smell, hearing, vision, and color identification.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime and occasional weekends, as job demands.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking several miles per day.
- Carrying up to 50 lbs of equipment.
