Field Manager

We're currently looking for a Field Construction Manager with Nokia / T-Mobile experience for the Cincinnati area.

Rate: around $450/day w2 plus expenses

Duration: 12 months+

Must complete NSA onboarding / background process

Candidate MUST have:

• Must be located in Cincinnati Market and covering Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville, Nashville and surrounding area
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time
• Would strongly benefit from having previous T-Mobile experience
• Must have Nokia Scoping knowledge
• Must Comply with the Nokia travel policy
• Must have Valid Driver's License

Candidate must also be able to provide the following certifications:

(cost of certifications are not reimbursed by the client)

The following must be completed and available to present to the client at the time of start:

• CPR
• OSHA 10 (10-hour course) + Fall Protection or OSHA 30 (30 Hour course)

The Field Manager is responsible for supervising construction of small cell sites by company partners. This position is the understanding of Site Construction (site walks, installation, & acceptance), Commissioning and Integration and the ability to troubleshooting hardware/software systems. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to managing partner installation of 4G and 5G antenna components, radio components, RF Cabling, AC/DC wiring, various telecommunication equipment, fiber optics and overall testing.
