Field Service Technician | Packaging Automation
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Report Daily to Shop + Up to 50% Regional Field Travel)
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 / hour

Love troubleshooting machinery and working hands-on with customers? We are a premier packaging automation company looking for a Field Service Technician based out of our Cincinnati shop
. You'll report to the shop daily for bench repairs, prep work, and dispatch regionally to keep critical customer equipment running smoothly.
- Field Service: Install, troubleshoot, and repair packaging equipment (stretch wrappers, case sealers, labeling machines, shrink tunnels, etc.).
- Shop Duties: Report daily to the local Cincinnati facility for pre-delivery testing, bench repairs, and technical support when not deployed.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact and identify opportunities to recommend equipment upgrades/solutions.
- Reporting: Complete accurate field service reports and documentation using MS Office/Excel.
Required:
- 2+ years in Industrial Maintenance, electro-mechanical repair, or automated machinery troubleshooting.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to report daily to the Cincinnati shop & travel regionally up to 50%.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record/insurance.
- Packaging machinery manufacturer service certifications.
- Experience cross-selling or identifying customer solution upgrades.
