Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform commercial building repairs, preventive maintenance, and minor construction tasks across client sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems; completing work orders; conducting inspections; and supporting small fit outs. Role requires frequent travel between locations, strong safety awareness, accurate documentation, and professional customer interaction. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, self directed, and comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with a supportive construction and facility services team.
