General Maintenance Technician

EMCOR Group -  - Responsibilities:
Check equipment at the facility daily to make sure the equipment is running and in good working order; make repairs if necessary (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC).;
Complete general building repairs, including repair and painting of walls, doors, floors, etc.;
Complete repairs to plumbing system including fixing leaks and stoppages, repairs or replacement of sinks, piping, valves or drains and toilets;
Replace lighting components, ceiling tiles, and grid throughout the buildings and offices;
Winter snow removal includes running snow blower and spreading Calcium Chloride;
Maintain doors and door hardware, repairing or replacing if necessary;
Communicate directly with the customer and manager to assure that work requests are understood and parts/dates are coordinated
