Requirements for Technicians/Mechanics:

• Perform repairs on commercial trailers
• Repair wood trailer flooring
• Repair or replace metal panels on trailers
• Diagnose and make repairs to electrical system
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Repair and replace truck and trailer body parts
• Perform basic PM's on truck and trailers
• Follow all safety requirements
• Basic computer skills
• Perform DOT inspections a plus
• Experience using small hand tools and a tape measure
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Show the utmost courtesy to all guests, visitors, and dealership personnel
• Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management
• Adhere to the manufacturer's policies and procedures as they relate to labor operations, time, and repair order documentation when performing warranty repairs and torque specifications

Technician/Mechanic

Qualifications:

• Teammate with a strong sense of dedication to the customer and service team
• Clean driving record required for all mobile technicians
• Must make safety a priority
• Self-motivated and professional
• Must be able to work independently
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, bending, stopping/kneeling for extended amounts of time, reaching with arms and hands, and lifting up to 50 pounds
