Fire Alarm Technician
We are actively searching for alarm technicians of all levels. Key responsibilities include technical aptitude, the ability to climb ladders, work in a lift without fear of heights, lift up to 50 pounds, provide basic hand tools, possess basic troubleshooting skills, work alone or with others, read and follow blueprints/drawings, decipher the resistor color code, have mechanical aptitude, basic programming skills, read and use a multi-meter, use a telephone butt-set, use a tone generator, device replacement skills, disable most fire alarm panel NAC circuits, and be factory trained on any fire alarm system.
NICET I or II in Fire Alarm is a plus but not required.
Requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or GED, being physically fit to do the work of the trade, having other than a dishonorable discharge from the military (if applicable), passing an appropriate drug test, possessing and maintaining a valid driver's license, and passing a background check.
