Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all restaurant equipment and facilities in assigned restaurants according to safety, systems, and process standards;
Complete preventative maintenance work orders timely and accurately to support operations;
Assist Facilities Manager with warranty tracking to minimize repair costs;
Execute assigned projects requiring carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and ceramic tile work as directed;
Maintain proper maintenance vehicle inventories and keep work areas clean and organized
