As a Residential Plumber, you'll be the face of Logan Services in our customers' homes.

You'll diagnose plumbing problems, provide quality repairs and installations, and help homeowners understand what's happening in their homes and what solutions are available.

But this job is about more than fixing pipes.

It's about solving problems, building trust, and leaving every customer better than you found them.

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine effective solutions
• Clearly explain problems, options, and recommendations to homeowners
• Treat every customer's home with care, respect, and professionalism
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle
• Perform maintenance and repairs while following company standards and local codes
• Communicate with dispatch and team members to keep the day running smoothly
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival to job completion

You're confident in your plumbing skills, but you're never done learning.
