Partnerwithdesignatedvendorsandexecuteregularlyscheduledpreventivemaintenancetominimizeequipmentdowntime.

Install,wire,troubleshoot,diagnose,repair,andmodifyelectricalcontrolpanels,automation systems,industrial machinery,andprocessequipment.

Workonassignmentsthatarecomplexinnatureandrequireconsiderablejudgmentandinitiative.

Applyproventroubleshootingexperiencetomakerepairsandrecommendationsbasedonmaintenanceandreliabilitybestpractices.

Utilizeexperiencewithelectrical,controls,automation,andmechanicalsystems,includingPLCs,HMIs,sensors,motors,VFDs,andcontrolcircuits.

Read,interpret,andutilizecomplexelectricalschematics,wiring diagrams,blueprints,equipment drawings,andprocessdrawings.

Use mathematics,formulas,handbooks,diagnostic tools,andavarietyofprecisionmeasuringinstruments.

Providetechnicalguidancetootheremployeesasrequiredorrequested.

• Troubleshoot,diagnose,repair,evaluate,andmakerecommendationstoupgrademaintenanceoperations,improveequipmentreliability,andimplementcost-saving opportunities.
• Respondimmediatelytoemergencysituations,equipment failures,andcustomerconcerns.
• Installandwireelectricalcontrolpanels,industrial equipment,automation systems,instruments,andassociatedelectricalcomponents.
• Troubleshootelectricalsystems,PLCs,HMIs,sensors,motors,VFDs,control circuits,andindustrialautomationequipment.
• Diagnoseandrepairautomationsystems,process equipment,industrial machinery,andrelatedelectricalandmechanicalsystems.
• Program,modify,andtroubleshootPLCsandprogrammablecontrollers,including

• Configure,modify,andtroubleshootprogrammableHMIsandprocess-control interfaces.

• Maintainaccuratedocumentationofrepairs,inspections,preventivemaintenanceactivities,troubleshooting findings,PLCorcontrol-system changes,andequipmentmodifications.
• Documentworkdetailsthroughthecomputerizedmaintenancemanagementsystem,CMMSMaximo,andapplicableequipmentlogbooks.
• Complywithallcompanydirectives,policies,andregulationsrelatedtobuildingandequipmentoperations.
• Use smartphones,tablets,computers,web-based applications,buildingautomationsystems,CMMSapplications,andotherapplicabletechnologies.
• Coordinateandworkeffectivelywithoutsidevendors,contractors,equipment manufacturers,andinternalbusinesspartners.
• Providetechnicalguidanceandsupporttootheremployeesasrequiredorrequested.
