Position: Facility Site Lead / Lead Maintenance Technician

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facility Site Lead / Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee commercial facility maintenance and repairs for regional clients. In this hands-on role, you will lead daily onsite operations, perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on building systems, and ensure safe, efficient, high quality work. Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, supervising technicians or subcontractors, performing inspections, and maintaining tools and materials.

You'll work closely with clients and a collaborative internal team, supporting diverse construction and fit out projects while upholding strong safety, reliability, and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of facility maintenance for commercial client sites
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, and carpentry
  • Coordinate and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely, high quality completion with minimal downtime
  • Inspect facilities to identify issues, safety hazards, and needed repairs, documenting findings and actions
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians or subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to schedule work and provide status updates
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of materials, ensuring readiness for onsite work
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies on every project
