We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service and Installation Technician to join our team. As a Service and Installation Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of security, fire, access control, and CCTV systems for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the safety and security of our clients' facilities.

• Install, configure, and maintain security, fire, access control, and CCTV systems according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system testing.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation for each service call or installation.
• Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of security systems.
• Stay current on industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronics, security, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in the installation and servicing of security, fire, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
