• Explain findings, options, and basic pricing clearly to homeowners.
• Complete work orders, collect necessary job information, and document parts and labor used.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and protect customers' homes during service.
• Inspect existing plumbing systems and recommend preventive maintenance or upgrades.
• Operate and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
