Building Systems & Low Voltage Mobile Service Technician

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Building Systems & Low Voltage Mobile Service Technician to support commercial clients across the region. In this mobile role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain low-voltage building systems, including security, access control, CCTV, and related infrastructure. Responsibilities include field service calls, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and accurate documentation. You'll work closely with a collaborative team, prioritize safety and craftsmanship, and deliver responsive, high-quality service in a professional, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to mobile service calls for commercial clients across the region
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain low-voltage building systems (security, CCTV, access control)
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems and related components
• Install, upgrade, and configure low-voltage wiring, devices, and equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work orders
• Document work performed, parts used, and system status in service reports or CMMSCommunicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding findings, status, and recommendations
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards while working on-site
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in a clean, professional manner
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented culture
