Facility HVAC Maintenance Technician

TDG Facilities, LLC seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for commercial properties. Based in Warminster, PA, you'll troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, respond to service calls, and support small construction and fit-out projects. Working in a collaborative, safety-focused team, you'll deliver reliable, high-quality work, interact with clients on-site, and grow your technical skills across diverse facilities and building environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial buildings and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building issues
• Respond to service requests and emergencies with a focus on safety and reliability
• Complete work orders, document repairs, and communicate status to supervisors and clients
• Collaborate with team members to support projects, fit-outs, and building improvements
• Follow company and OSHA safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area
