Commercial Landscape Crew Foreman

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Commercial Landscape Crew Foreman to lead on-site landscape maintenance and installation for commercial properties in the Greater Cincinnati area. In this hands-on role, you will supervise a crew, plan daily tasks, and ensure high-quality results that reflect our commitment to safety, reliability, and professional service. Responsibilities include operating and overseeing landscape equipment, enforcing safety standards, coordinating schedules and materials, and communicating with project managers and clients.

This position offers growth in commercial facility services within a collaborative, service-focused team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial landscape crew on daily maintenance and installation tasks
• Coordinate work schedules, material needs, and equipment usage for assigned properties
• Operate and oversee operation of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct jobsite safety checks
• Communicate with project managers and clients on project status and site conditions
• Inspect properties, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions or enhancements
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safe equipment operation
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, time, and materials used
• Assist with seasonal services such as cleanup, mulching, and snow/ice management as needed
