Electrical Manufacturing Maintenance Tech

West Chester, OH

Compensation: $30-$34/hr

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep, repair, and improvement of building systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical and mechanical repair, general maintenance work, including plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Electrical training and knowledge of electrical repair on various equipment
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and maintenance practices.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Licensing or certifications in electrical is preferred

• Repair and maintain building & mechanical systems (equipment, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, replacing light bulbs, and checking fire extinguishers.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service equipment and systems.
• Operate, maintain, and repair various tools and equipment for carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Perform light groundskeeping tasks (weeding, snow removal).
• Drive a company vehicle for local equipment pickups.
• Maintain inventory of materials and ensure equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Complete invoices and weekly reports.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company directives.
