* Field Service Engineer
* to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical equipment at customer sites.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with
* technical, mechanical, biomedical, electronics, or field service experience

* Key Responsibilities
** Perform
* preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration
* of medical equipment
* Conduct
* equipment testing, verification, and performance validation
** Document service work and manage work orders using
* Service Max service management system
** Coordinate with dispatch teams and customers to schedule service calls
* Provide professional
* on-site technical support
* to healthcare facilities
* Qualifications
* * High School Diploma or equivalent
* plus 2–4 years technical experience
** OR
* * Associate degree or
* technical/trade school certification
** 1+ year of
* technical, mechanical, or field service experience
* Preferred backgrounds include:
* * Field Service Technician*
* * Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET)*
* * Electronics Technician*
* * Mechanical Technician*
* * Medical Device Service Technician*
* * Military technical training
* Additional requirements:
* Valid driver’s license
* Skills
* * Troubleshooting and diagnostics
* Mechanical and electrical repair
* Preventive maintenance and calibration
* Technical documentation and reporting
* Customer service and communication
* Ability to read
* technical manuals and service documentation
** Physical Requirements
** Ability to lift
* up to 50 lbs
* and move equipment up to
* 125 lbs
** Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hand tools
* Regional day and some overnight travel required
