- Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments (example: hot sun, cold, wet weather, mud, etc.)
- Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
- Ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods during an 10 hour shift
- Be able to lift 50lbs or more, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
- 40 hours per week, and overtime as required
- Physical work is a primary part (more than 80%) of the job
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance require
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
- Must be a team player and able to work between multiple departments to reach a common goal
- Must wear required personal protective equipment at all times (hard hat, safety glasses, etc)
- Advise immediate supervisor of any safety or job related problems
- Must comply with all OHSA safety requirements and regulations

- Loading and Unloading of materials off trucks
- Moving materials to areas around the site
- Staging materials
- Removing pallets and trash from rows
- Setting torque tubes (if needed)
- Assist laborers at times when needed
