The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on a temporary to hire placement basis in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement. Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Installer Lead
- In Training include:

• Hourly wage: $19/hr
• Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm
• Benefits include:
  Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
• Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities for Installer Lead
- In Training:

• Package, assemble, and prepare fencing materials (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, steel) for installation crews.
• Load, unload, and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites using company trucks and trailers.
• Keep the yard and shop organized, clean, and safe while following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and clients; report safety hazards or project concerns promptly.

Requirements for Installer Lead
- In Training:

• Prior experience in construction yard, warehouse or fencing preferred
• Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds
• Ability to keep up with a fast pace changing environment
• Ability to remain in good attendance standing
