Foxx Construction is seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Plumber for a project-based assignment at Great American Ball Park. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, reliability, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The assignment is expected to continue through the end of the calendar year.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications.
• Work with domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas piping systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing schematics.
• Install fixtures, valves, piping, supports, and related components.
• Perform pipe cutting, threading, fitting, and assembly using appropriate methods and materials.
• Identify plumbing issues and implement corrective actions efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, local regulations, and Foxx Construction safety policies.
• Coordinate work activities with supervisors, project management, and other trades.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Provide guidance to apprentices or less experienced team members as directed.

• Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable commercial plumbing experience (five to ten (5–10) years preferred).
• Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and applicable plumbing codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with plumbing tools, equipment, and testing devices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights, including ladders and lifts.
• Work performed in active commercial construction environments, both indoors and outdoors.
