Tri-Weh Interior Construction & Remediation LLC is currently searching for a full-time Lead Site Repair Technician to oversee and execute high-quality restoration and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will take on a leadership role in managing a crew, ensuring timely completion and exceptional craftsmanship. This position is responsible for both hands-on remodeling work and the coordination of daily activities on-site.

Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of remodeling and restoration experience, with a strong background in painting & drywall
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide timely updates to both team members and clients
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship, adhering to company values, and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience working with various materials and tools in the remodeling and restoration field, including knowledge of safety protocols
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a crew of carpenters and laborers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.
  • Perform hands-on carpentry work, including painting, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and more for both small and large-scale remodeling and restoration projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure that all tasks align with project plans, specifications, and client expectations.
  • Oversee all aspects of site work, including demolition, installations, repairs, and modifications to meet high standards of workmanship.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project plans, ensuring accurate execution and problem-solving on-site as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
  • Track and manage project materials and inventory to avoid delays and ensure proper use.
  • Provide daily updates and progress reports to Project Managers, communicating any adjustments needed to scope, timeline, or budget.
  • Mentor and train less experienced crew members, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Perform additional duties and assist with other projects assigned by management.
